Job summary

Bally's in Atlantic City is seeking professional casino dealers to conduct assigned games with precision and pace. You will cooperate with fellow dealers, manage chip transactions after credit checks, and maintain high customer service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must speak clear English, stand for long periods, and hold an NJ Dealers School certificate or equivalent. This full-time role includes standing and mobility requirements and workplace safety expectations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a certificate of completion from an accredited NJ Dealers School or equivalent.
• Knowledge of casino rules, procedures, and regulations as applied to the game(s) under supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage guests professionally.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain focus during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assigned game according to procedure.
• Cooperates with other Dealers when assigned to the same game (Craps).
• Controls pace of the game.
• Informs the Supervisor Casino Games of any request or unusual play.
• Issues to customers the proper amount of gaming chips after completion of the credit authorization procedures.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude and demonstrates superior customer service.
• Follows Bally’s established service standards and resolves service breakdowns when they occur.
• Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.
