Job summary

Bally's Interactive in Atlantic City, NJ, is seeking a Dealer with strong customer service and English fluency to conduct assigned games, manage pace, and support supervisors. You will work with other Dealers, handle credit procedures, greet guests, and maintain Bally's service standards in a fast-paced gaming environment, with opportunities to supervise and mentor others.

This role requires standing long periods, mobility, and the ability to resolve service breakdowns, ensuring a positive guest

Responsibilities

• Conducts assigned game according to procedure.
• Cooperates with other Dealers when assigned to the same game.
• Controls pace of the game and informs Supervisor of requests.
• Issues correct chips after credit authorization procedures.
• Maintains upbeat attitude and creates positive energy with guests.
• Resolves service breakdowns and maintains Bally's standards.
• Gives warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.
• As Supervisor: ensures proper procedure and verifies transactions.
• Motivates dealers to provide superior service and maintain game pace.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts assigned game according to procedure.
• Cooperates with other Dealers when assigned to the same game (Craps).
• Controls pace of the game.
• Informs the Supervisor Casino Games of any request or unusual play.
• Issues to customers the proper amount of gaming chips after completion of the credit authorization procedures.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Bending mobility required.
• Must be able to speak fluently and understand English.
• Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors.
• Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude, creates positive energy with gestures and sustains enthusiasm from one interaction to the next.
• Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates guest’s wins.
• Is ready to serve and is informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting.
• Follows Bally’s established service standards
• Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist.
• Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.

When Acting as a Supervisor:

• Ensures proper procedure is used by all dealers under supervision.
• Verifies all gaming table transactions in supervised area.Maintains awareness of activity on games in area of supervision; settles disputes that may arise, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Verifies issuance of credit after completion of all authorization procedures.
• Motivates dealers to provide superior customer service while also taking responsibility for following dealing procedures and keeping proper game pace.
• Directly responsible for customer service objectives.
• Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills and acts as a positive role model for all employees.
• Conveys positive energy and enthusiasm focusing on the guest interaction.

Work Environment:

• Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.

Target Salary Range:

• $7.00 Hourly plus tokes an additional $28.125 per hour when worked as a supervisor
