Job summary

Bally's Interactive in Atlantic City is seeking a casino dealer to conduct assigned games, primarily craps, with precise chip handling, pace control, and a strong focus on guest service. The role emphasizes welcoming guests and delivering a positive experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with fellow dealers, adhere to established service standards, and maintain energy and enthusiasm across interactions, ensuring guest satisfaction and casino procedures are upheld.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to speak fluently and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and positive attitude.
• Ability to cooperate with other Dealers.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assigned game according to procedure.
• Cooperates with other Dealers when assigned to the same game (Craps).
• Controls pace of the game.
• Informs the Supervisor Casino Games of any request or unusual play.
• Issues to customers the proper amount of gaming chips after completion of the credit authorization procedures.
• Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude and provides a warm greeting to guests.
• Follows Bally’s established service standards and resolves service breakdowns.
• Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Bending mobility required.
• Must be able to speak fluently and understand English.
• Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors.
• Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude, creates positive energy with gestures and sustains enthusiasm from one interaction to the next.
• Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates guest’s wins.
• Is ready to serve and is informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting.
• Follows Bally’s established service standards
• Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist.
• Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.

Work Environment:

• Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.

Target Salary Range:

• $7.00 Hourly Plus Tokes.
