Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of industrial maintenance experience; crane experience strongly preferred.
• Steel mill or heavy manufacturing background.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting with basic electrical knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on overhead bridge, gantry, and ladle cranes.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues and restore service quickly.
• Conduct routine crane inspections per OSHA and ASME standards.
• Support commissioning and startup with OEM/contractor personnel.
• Mentor less experienced technicians and share know‑how.
