You will mentor junior technicians, help with project estimates, and communicate clearly with customers, ensuring detailed service documentation is maintained.

Qualifications

• Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and installations on overhead cranes and hoists.
• Rigs and installs new cranes and hoists and supports advanced systems.
• Mentor junior technicians and document service activities for customers.
