The role spans Level 1 to Master with mentoring responsibilities, strong electrical and mechanical skills, and work on VFDs, PLCs, and motor control systems in real-world environments. Travel to job sites and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance experience.
• Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and installations on overhead cranes and hoists.
• Rigs and installs new cranes and hoists; supports complex repairs and troubleshooting.
• Mentors and supports junior technicians; communicates with customers and documents service work.
