Job summary

American Equipment Holdings (AEH) seeks Experienced Crane Technicians for the North Slope, AK area. We hire Level 2 through Master level technicians to perform complex inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and installations on overhead cranes and hoists with advanced components.

Positions involve field service, documentation, and safety compliance. Advancement depends on skills, performance, and certifications; relocation may be available along with ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical training or certifications.
• Experience in crane service or industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, maintenance and repairs on overhead cranes and hoists per OEM manuals and OSHA standards.
• Service 3-motion cranes with VFDs or contactor controls; install and rig crane equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair brake systems and motor control circuits; communicate with customers on plans and parts.
• Mentor junior technicians and document service activities accurately.
