Job summary

American Equipment Holdings is seeking a Crane Service Technician - Level 2 or above to join our Anchorage, AK branch. As part of a 50-year legacy, you'll perform essential maintenance and repairs on electric overhead cranes while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance experience.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance and repairs on electric cranes.
• Consult customers on repair and safety issues.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.

Skills

Knowledge of AC/DC theory

Troubleshoot 480VAC 3-phase motor control systems

Hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance

Familiarity with related equipment

Comfortable working at heights

Education

A.A. degree or equivalent vocational training
