Job summary

Modular Mission Critical, a manufacturing campus for M.C. Dean, located just north of Richmond, VA, seeks a Crane Operator 3 to lead complex lifts and mentor crew.

You will review lift plans, set up cranes, and ensure safety compliance with load-chart restrictions while coordinating with foremen and rigging personnel.

Join a team delivering critical infrastructure projects and drive reliability, safety, and operational excellence on site.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with 6 years of experience, or equivalent training.
Current crane certifications (CCO TSS, TLL, LAT) for assigned equipment scope.
CDL Class A and medical card when required for carrier duties.
Experience leading crane execution and coaching operators in the field.

Responsibilities

Lead hazard reviews for complex crane setups and varied conditions.
Review lift packages and verify weight, CG, radius, and contingencies.
Plan crane positioning, rigging, and setup corrections with crew.
Diagnose equipment issues and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
Mentor operators and provide field input to lift planning.
