The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 6 years of experience, valid CCO TSS, TLL, LAT certifications, and CDL Class A when needed. A competitive salary and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 years of experience or equivalent training.
• Current CCO TSS, TLL, and LAT certifications for assigned equipment scope.
• CDL Class A and medical card when carrier or transport duties are assigned.
• State/local crane qualifications as required.
• Strong knowledge of load-chart use, complex setup, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead hazard reviews for complex crane setups and restricted operations.
• Review lift packages and validate load weight, center of gravity and clearance.
• Plan crane positioning, matting, counterweight, and setup with crew.
• Mentor operators and provide field input to lift planning and equipment readiness.
• Ensure safe recovery steps and coordinating with foreman and support teams.
