Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle recruiting for craft and skilled trades positions across multiple regions and project sites.
• Recruit for highly specialized craft and field roles in manufacturing and technical construction environments.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify qualified craft talent in competitive labor markets.
• Build pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Manage high-volume recruiting while maintaining candidate experience, hiring quality, and team fit.
• Represent Brycon Self-Perform and HITT within skilled trades communities and labor markets.
