Job summary

Graywolf Integrated Construction Company is seeking a Sr. Craft Recruiter to source, screen, and hire skilled craftspeople for multi-site projects.

The role requires strong relationship-building with Operations, HR, and project teams, and a willingness to travel to job sites as needed. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial construction recruiting, experience with high-volume hiring, and proficiency in ADP ATS and Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience recruiting craft professionals in Industrial Construction.
• Experience supporting the US in craft hiring is preferred.
• Ability to travel to job sites and work across multiple locations.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment (20-30 hires per week).
• Knowledge of EEOC, FLSA, diversity recruiting and interview practices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for multiple craft roles in a high-volume environment.
• Develop business relationships with Site POC, candidates, and Operations to ensure timely hiring.
• Utilize ADP ATS, Smartsheet, and social media to source top talent.
• Manage a 30-50 requisition load across welders, pipefitters, millwrights, electricians, and more.
• Train hiring managers on processes and maintain compliance with employment laws.
