Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ craft experience or 2 years’ craft experience and 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and instill Brock’s safe culture on all tasks.
• Perform pre-job safety planning and ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Conduct crew meetings and toolbox talks.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements of Brock, contractors, and government bodies.
• Understand contract scope and change orders; avoid out-of-scope work without approval.
• Ensure work aligns with contractor specifications and QA/QC standards.
• Manage loading/unloading and storage of materials and equipment.
• Ensure equipment on site is safe and functional.
• Oversee time records and accurate reporting of hours and materials.
• Plan installation and construction of equipment and structures.
• Advise on methods to improve production, efficiency, and safety.
