Job summary

The Brock Group Inc in Texas seeks a Craft Lead to supervise a single crew and direct on-site craft work. You will ensure adherence to Brock safety culture and contractor specifications, and you will lead toolbox talks and safety planning.

Responsibilities include coordinating material and equipment, assigning tasks, tracking time and materials, and ensuring QA/QC documentation. A background in craft with supervisory exposure is preferred, along with the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ craft experience or 2 years’ craft plus 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications.
• Must have required tools and transportation to the site.

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock’s safety culture and adhere to safety requirements.
• Perform pre-job safety planning and toolbox meetings.
• Assign work to employees and monitor time records.
• Ensure work complies with contractor specifications and QA/QC.
• Estimate materials and crew requirements to complete jobs.
• Coordinate equipment loading/unloading and maintain safe operations.
