Job summary

You will manage tasks, review drawings, coordinate with supervisors, and uphold Brock’s safety culture and best practices in all activities. This role requires 3+ years of craft experience, with supervisory exposure a plus, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ craft experience or 2 years craft + 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a single crew; direct work and ensure on-time completion.
• Promote Brock safety culture and ensure compliance with QA/QC.
• Plan, assign tasks, manage materials, and maintain accurate time/plant records.
• Ensure work aligns with contractor specifications and change orders.
• Mentor crew members and uphold Brock best practices.
