Job summary

HITT Contracting in Austin, TX seeks a Craft Workforce Development Manager to lead and expand our registered apprenticeship program across multiple states and trades.

You will align instruction with on-the-job learning, manage budgets, KPIs, and compliance with Davis-Bacon, CHIPS/IRA, and related regulations, while partnering with operations, HR, and external training partners to scale craft development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in apprenticeship, workforce development, craft training, or related field.
• Direct experience managing a registered apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the registered apprenticeship program across states, projects, and trades.
• Establish governance, policies, and workflows with internal and external partners.
• Oversee apprentice lifecycle from enrollment to completion.
• Develop and manage annual program budget and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon Act, CHIPS/IRA, and other regulations.
