Fortrea is seeking a Senior CRA II based on Central or West Coast with 3+ years of monitoring experience in complex cardiac studies, preferably electrophysiology or devices. The role includes nationwide travel during startup and may involve lead monitoring and project coordination.

Candidates should have a life science degree (or allied health certification) and strong regulatory and data integrity skills, with fluency in English and the ability to work in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of clinical monitoring experience.
• Experience with complex cardiac studies preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and SOPs.

Responsabilités

• Monitor study sites, ensure protocol adherence and data integrity.
• Lead monitor for a protocol or project and support project plans.
• Coordinate with Sponsor, vendors and internal teams; manage travel as required.
