Job summary

Fortrea is seeking a Senior CRA II based in the Central region to monitor and manage clinical sites for Fortrea and sponsor studies. You will lead site visits, oversee data collection, and ensure regulatory compliance with SOPs and trial guidelines.

The role requires 3+ years of monitoring experience, 1+ year of device experience, and the ability to travel 60-80% domestically. Fluent English and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical monitoring experience.
• 1+ year of device monitoring experience.
• Fluent in English and in local office language.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of study site monitoring including routine monitoring and closeout of clinical sites, maintenance of study files, conduct of pre-study and initiation visits; liaise with vendors; and other duties as assigned.
• Responsible for all aspects of site management as prescribed in the project plans.
• Ensure the protection of study patients by following informed consent procedures and protocol requirements.
• Monitor data for missing or implausible data and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare accurate and timely trip reports and manage small projects under the direction of a Project Manager/Director.
