Job summary

Fortrea is seeking a Senior CRA II for the Central or West Coast with complex cardiac experience. The role requires 3+ years of monitoring and involves nationwide travel during startup. Location options include WA, OR, CA, and other western states.

The Senior CRA II will oversee site monitoring, study management, regulatory compliance, and coordination with vendors. Strong leadership and QA/QC oversight are expected, with travel up to 60-80%.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of clinical monitoring experience.
• Thorough understanding of SAE reporting and data review processes.
• Advanced site monitoring and site management skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage clinical study sites, conduct visits, and ensure protocol compliance.
• Maintain study files, source data verification, and data integrity.
• Prepare trip reports and manage travel expenses per policy.
• Lead monitoring efforts for protocols or projects and assist in monitoring plan development.
• Coordinate with vendor teams and participate in protocol development and trial reports.
