Job summary

Fortrea's FSP team seeks experienced Central or West Coast-based Sr. CRAs with complex cardiac experience within the past 5 years, preferably in electrophysiology and/or devices. Must have 3+ years of monitoring experience. This role will include some nationwide travel during start up. The Senior CRA II is responsible for site monitoring and site management, ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity. Travel may be extensive.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in life sciences or related field.
• Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of the drug development process.
• Fluent in local language and English.
• Equivalent experience may substitute the degree.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical studies at sites per SOPs.
• Lead site monitoring and site management on assigned projects.
• Maintain study files and conduct initiation visits.
• Coordinate travel and logistics per Fortrea policy.
• Prepare trip reports.
• Interact with internal teams and vendors.
• Support feasibility and protocol development.
