Zusammenfassung

Novotech seeks a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to protect participant rights and ensure data integrity across sites in the US. You will manage site relationships, monitor activities, and collaborate with IHCRA, RSA, RSU teams to support regulatory submissions and TMF updates.

Ideal candidates have CRA II/III or Sr. CRA experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, global CRO environment. The role may involve onsite and remote monitoring as per CMP.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate in a clinical or life sciences‑related field.
• Must have good time management, attention to detail, teamwork, and computer literacy.

Aufgaben

• Build relationships with Principal Investigators, study coordinators, pharmacists, and site trial personnel to ensure efficient trial management.
• Foster internal and external customer relationships to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare site essential documents and support ethics and regulatory submission processes.
• Understand regulatory requirements relevant to trials with IHCRA, RSA, RSU teams.
• Ensure recruitment of participants and drive site recruitment plans.
