Job summary

Novotech is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) in Oregon to safeguard participant wellbeing and ensure accurate trial data. You will be the primary contact between sites, Novotech, and sponsors, supporting site start-up, monitoring, and regulatory submissions.

We welcome candidates with CRA II–Sr CRA experience. Responsibilities include site relationship management, TMF maintenance, CMP compliance, and on-site or remote monitoring as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate in a clinical or life sciences-related field. Relevant experience/qualifications in allied professions may be considered.
• CRA II: 1–2 years of CRA experience or equivalent.
• CRA III: 2–3 years of CRA experience.
• Sr. CRA: 3–5 years of CRA experience.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with investigators, study coordinators, pharmacists, and site trial personnel for efficient trial management.
• Foster internal and external relationships to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare site essential documents and support ethics/regulatory submission processes.
• Understand regulatory requirements related to clinical trials.
• Support site recruitment plans and engagement initiatives.
• Monitor investigational sites per ICH GCP and CMP across all study phases; onsite or remote visits.
• Ensure rights and wellbeing of participants, including consent checks and eligibility confirmation.
• Verify data accuracy and timely CRF resolution per CMP timelines.
• Maintain site drug storage and accountability per protocol.
• Keep Trial Master File up to date; audit and inspection readiness.
• Provide site updates and escalate issues per SOP.
