Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA II) aligned across the United States. The role involves site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, conducted on-site or remotely, with emphasis on regulatory and ICH-GCP compliance.

You will support site staff, ensure data quality, and coordinate with Sponsor teams. A Bachelor's or RN, knowledge of GCP/ICH, strong communication skills, and travel up to 75% are required.

• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies
• Ability to manage required travel up to 75% on a regular basis

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits (on-site or remote) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or GPP and protocol compliance.
• Verifies informed consent procedures and protects subject confidentiality; assesses safety and data integrity factors at investigator sites.
• Reviews ISF and TMF contents; ensures archiving of essential documents per regulations; conducts data queries and resolution.
• Supports site recruitment, data tracking, and timely communications with project teams; trains site staff as needed; prepares for Investigator Meetings.
• Acts as liaison with study sites and Sponsor teams; ensures training and compliance with applicable requirements.
