Job summary

Novotech is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to protect participant rights and ensure accurate, verifiable data. The CRA serves as the primary contact between investigational sites, Novotech, and Sponsors, ensuring trials run in line with ICH GCP and regulatory requirements.

You will build strong site relationships, support ethics submissions, monitor sites, manage TMF, and help with site payments and study plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or life sciences field; related allied qualifications may be considered.
• 1–5 years CRA experience depending on level (CRA II/III/Sr. CRA).
• Strong time management, attention to detail, teamwork and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Principal Investigators, study staff and site personnel to ensure efficient trial management.
• Support ethics/regulatory submissions and site essential documents; understand local and international regulatory requirements.
• Monitor investigational sites per ICH GCP, CMP, and regulatory plans; ensure patient safety and data integrity.
