Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA II) regionally aligned across the US. You will conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, on-site or remotely, ensuring ICH-GCP and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include source data reviews, ISF/TMF reconciliation, and supporting site staff. Travel up to 75% is required; strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage travel up to 75% regularly.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (on-site or remote) ensuring regulatory and ICH-GCP compliance.
• Verifies informed consent process and protects subject confidentiality; assesses safety and data integrity risks.
• Per CMP/SMP, assesses site processes, conducts source data review and ensures data accuracy in CRFs; drives timely query resolution.
• Manages IP inventory, storage, and labeling per protocol; ensures proper release/return.
• Maintains ISF vs TMF accuracy; advises on archiving essential documents per regulations.
• Documents activities via letters, trip reports and logs; supports recruitment and tracking of observations.
• Understands project scope, budgets, timelines; coordinates site communications to meet objectives.
• Act as liaison with site personnel; ensures training and compliance of site team.
