Ideal candidates will have deep STA knowledge, automation experience, and a track record of delivering high-quality software for EDA workflows. This role involves collaboration with global teams and EDA partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in Static Timing Analysis (STA) on cutting edge technology nodes.
• Automation mindset with strong scripting in Python/Tcl.
• Coding with emphasis on quality, reusability and CI/CD practices.
• Experience generating/optimizing timing ECO closures.
• Deep understanding of STA concepts and margins/derates.
• Synthesis/PnR with focus on PPA optimization.

Responsibilities

• Architect and recommend methodology improvements for best power, performance and area.
• Maintain, support and debug STA and timing closure flows and ECO issues.
• Collaborate with worldwide CPU physical design teams and provide guidance.
• Work with EDA vendors to define roadmaps and resolve tool issues.
