Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a CPQ solutions architect to lead design and governance of CPQ across multiple sites, including Novi, MI. You will collaborate with providers, prioritize backlog with business owners, and deliver scalable technical solutions while ensuring compliance with IT standards.

Expected to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally. You will work closely with DevOps in Azure environments, contribute to development efforts for the first 6 months, and promote Rolls-Royce Code

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
5 years functional support experience with CPQ solutions; or 9 years CPQ experience
Available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Travel – domestic and international (20% short notice)

Responsibilities

Lead and govern CPQ solution architecture and design
Collaborate with solution providers to support CPQ solutions across multiple countries
Partner with business product owner to prioritize backlog
Deliver scalable, sustainable, and cost-effective technical solutions with partners
Identify and implement functional improvements with partners
Provide final authorization for transport requests to QA and production
Review technical change documents, BSDs, and system documentation
Facilitate process standardization from a technical perspective
Escalate inputs, resource constraints, or risks to Project Management
Contribute to development work for first 6 months (e.g., code, user stories)
Lead and delegate tasks to ensure timely delivery
Leverage GenAI solutions to improve productivity
Promote safety and Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct
Perform special assignments as required
