Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Sr. Technical Lead for CPQ to drive architecture and design across international sites. You will partner with product owners and providers to prioritize backlogs and deliver scalable CPQ solutions with a focus on DevOps and compliance.

Expect to contribute to development work in the first 6 months, review technical documents, and lead a team to timely delivery while leveraging GenAI tools to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology with 5 years CPQ support experience or 9 years CPQ experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Willing to travel 20% domestically and internationally.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead CPQ solution architecture and design aligned with business requirements and IT standards.
• Collaborate with solution providers to support CPQ across multiple countries.
• Partner with product owner to prioritize backlog.
• Deliver scalable, cost-effective technical solutions with partners.
• Provide final authorization for transport requests to QA and production systems.
• Review BSDs and system documentation.
• Lead and delegate tasks within the team for timely delivery.
• Contribute to development work for the first 6 months (user stories, code reviews).
• Leverage GenAI solutions to improve productivity and solution quality daily.
• Promote safety and compliance per Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct.
• Escalate risks to Project Management.
• Perform special assignments as required.
