The Aegis Companies seeks a Senior Project Controls Engineer to provide scheduling support to our valued clients. This position will work with a team of professionals, including client project managers, construction professionals, and project stakeholders, to develop, manage, and monitor CPM schedules and project control systems throughout a project's life cycle.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in project controls and CPM scheduling within vertical construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or related field (waived with 5+ years vertical construction).
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Development, maintenance, and monitoring of construction CPM Schedules.
• Review project documents and specifications to develop baseline schedules with dates, activities, milestones.
• Perform progress schedule updates with reporting and narratives.
• Review project schedules and provide recommendations based on execution goals.
• Perform critical path analyses and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct site walks for progress validation and monthly reporting packages.
• Review contractor progress and present to management for decision-making.
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks to support the program.
• Cost and resource management and reporting.
• Identify and evaluate risk and impacts within project schedules.
• Communicate project status and challenges to stakeholders.
