Requirements include 5+ years in project controls in vertical construction, a related Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), and strong Oracle Primavera P6 skills.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in project controls and CPM scheduling in vertical construction.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or related field (waived with 5+ years vertical construction).
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and ability to interpret construction docs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor CPM schedules.
• Update progress schedules with narratives and reports.
• Analyze critical path and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages for site team.
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks for programs.
• Travel to site locations within the region as needed.
