Qualifications

• Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations related to INV/AR program.
• Ability to interpret and apply CPS/INV policies and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience supervising field staff and coordinating investigations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, risk, and permanency actions daily.
• Manage unit performance and staff through reviews and meetings.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; conduct performance appraisals.
