Dept of Family & Protectve Svc in Lockhart, TX seeks a CPI Investigative Supervisor I/II to lead a unit conducting investigations and alternative response in the CPI Division. You will manage staff, provide expert case consultations, and ensure compliance with safeguarding standards.

The role emphasizes timely safety assessments, staff development, and collaboration with court and community partners to support child protection efforts. Regular on-call duties and travel are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required; various CPI/CPS experience may be substituted by education milestones per criteria.

Mansioni

• Oversees, directs, and staffs case actions related to safety, risk, and permanency daily.
• Reviews abuse/neglect intakes and provides case consultation to assess risk and safety.
• Interviews, selects, hires, manages, and develops staff; conducts field visits and performance appraisals.
• Represents CPI investigations with internal and external stakeholders; maintains relationships for program quality.
