Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Replenishment Analyst to drive forecasting, demand planning, and replenishment activities to support in-stock goals for Kroger accounts.

You will collaborate with sales, planning, and CPFR category managers, monitor in-stock positions, and communicate opportunities and risks to cross-functional teams. Role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Kroger systems, onsite in the Greater Cincinnati

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience.
• 3+ years forecasting, demand planning, replenishment preferred.
• Kroger experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel and Access skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Time management, multi-tasking, problem solving, and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily reports on in-stock positions and supply chain opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, planning, and CPFR Category Managers on planning, forecast alignment, and order management.
• Review store and DC in-stock positions; provide recommendations to improve in-stock performance.
• Monitor markdowns and review demand forecasts with the Tyson sales manager.
• Review daily orders vs supply plan and communicate opportunities.
• Move close-dated or distressed product with Kroger Divisions as needed.
• Manage weekly allocation file to guide inventory allocation.
• Support CPFR Buying with category management to redirect inventory within Tyson network.
• Review store on-hand vs POS to identify phantom inventory and adjust replenishment.
• Communicate late trucks and impact to Kroger and Tyson teams.
• Assist root cause analysis of ORAD opportunities.
• Partner with customer service on truck optimization and lead-time compliance.
• Attend regular Kroger Supply Chain meetings.
