Job summary

Tyson Foods in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a replenishment analyst to drive in-stock levels and forecast accuracy in collaboration with sales and planning teams. The role supports CPFR activities and works closely with Kroger divisions to optimize inventory movement.

The candidate will manage daily reports, monitor store and DC inventories, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet AOP and fill-rate targets, while traveling locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience.
• 3+ years forecasting, demand planning, replenishment experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel and Access; Kroger systems experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management, multi-tasking, problem solving, and being a team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily business reports to internal teams to clarify in-stock positions.
• Collaborate with sales, planning, and CPFR Category Managers on planning and forecast alignment.
• Monitor in-stock positions at store/DC levels and advise on improvements.
• Review weekly markdowns and forecast trends; coordinate with Tyson sales manager on issues.
• Review orders vs supply plan and communicate opportunities.
• Work with Kroger divisions to move close-dated or distressed product.
• Manage weekly allocation file and guide product allocation decisions.
• Support CPFR Buying with category management opportunities and inventory redirects.
• Compare store on-hand inventory vs POS to identify phantom inventory and adjust as needed.
• Communicate late trucks and impact on in-stock positions to Kroger and Tyson teams.
