Job summary

LSI is seeking a Courseware Developer III in Jacksonville, FL to lead the design and development of Interactive Courseware (ICW) and Instructor Led Training (ILT) materials. You will write text, assemble graphics, and implement interactivity using scripting technologies, while coordinating with SMEs, IDs, and other CWDs to deliver high-quality CBT products.

Applicant must have 12+ years in CBT development, be proficient in JavaScript and HTML, and be able to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 12 years of CBT/authoring development experience.
• Experience with JavaScript and HTML.
• Experience with multiple LSI courseware development tools.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the senior Courseware Developer (CWD) using COTS and company tools to create Interactive Courseware (ICW) and ILT materials.
• Writes text, gathers graphics, and assembles onscreen elements for clear presentations.
• Uses scripting technologies to implement interactivity and navigation logic.
• Collaborates with SMEs, IDs, and other CWDs to design and develop CBT products.
• Mentors junior CWDs and participates in training conferences and reviews.
