Job summary

C Ti CRM is seeking an experienced courseware developer to design and produce interactive courseware for Navy training programs. This remote role supports ILT and ICW development, ensuring materials align with learning objectives and standards.

Ideal candidates have 0–4 years of courseware experience, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Must be able to travel to Navy schoolhouses as required.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of courseware development experience.
• Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to assignments.
• Ability to work with a variety of personalities and require minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design/develop script storyboards.
• Develop courseware and supporting documents.
