Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, permitting, and construction of major capital transportation projects.
• Directs and manages budgeting, CIP programs, and contract administration.
• Supervises staff, coordinates with consultants, and represents the County in public meetings.
