Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required with relevant government contracting experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on legal solutions and proper steps for execution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to protect County interests.
• Ensure contracts comply with internal policies and applicable laws.

• Provide guidance on Open Records and Open Meetings Acts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws related to technology and data protection.
