Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar in good standing.
• 7+ years of relevant commercial contracting experience.
• Exposure to government contracting (state/local preferred).
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end drafting, review, and negotiation of SaaS and government contracts.
• Review public sector solicitations and manage complex terms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Security, and Compliance; escalate to GC as needed.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and risk positions for standard agreements.
