Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a member of good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
• Experience in municipal, county, and/or constitutional law.
• Demonstrated experience with procurement, technology, and construction law is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure procurement and contracting processes are followed.
• Evaluate and communicate contract risks and obligations.
