Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation in Circuit and District Courts for Baltimore County.
• Prosecute and defend civil appeals in state and federal courts; prepare records and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs, memoranda, motions, and discovery tools.
