Job summary

JCITA and CACI International Inc. seek a Senior Counterintelligence Operations Instructor to lead advanced OFCO training for Case Officers. You will plan, develop, certify curricula, and ensure instruction aligns with DoD S-5240.09 requirements.

Responsibilities include delivering classroom-based instruction and field exercises, assessing performance, and mentoring staff. Expect travel within NCR/CONUS; blended learning methods are used to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI w/ Poly or ability to obtain poly.
• Seven (7) years of OFCO instruction or supervision.
• Expert knowledge of threat country FIE methodologies and TTPs.
• Graduate AFCIOC or legacy CI training courses listed above.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and certify OFCO training for Case Officers.
• Deliver classroom instruction and assess performance in field exercises.
• Provide CI SME expertise for course development, instruction, and mentorship.
• Employ blended learning: eLearning, lectures, discussions, exercises, role plays.
