Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of experience instructing or supervising OFCO per DoDI-S5240.09.
• Graduate of AFCIOC or legacy courses as listed in the job posting.
• Expert knowledge of foreign intelligence methodologies and TTPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Operations instruction (AFCIOC).
• Plan, develop, and execute training certification for OFCO Case Officers per DoD instruction.
• Deliver classroom instruction and assess student performance in long training days; travel within NCR and CONUS.
• Provide CI subject matter expertise for course development and mentorship.
• Use blended learning methods including eLearning, lectures, and simulations.
