Job summary

CACI supports the DIA JCITA program by delivering world-class Counterintelligence training. As a Mid Level DCAC Instructor, you will provide instruction, develop certification, and prepare DoD CI personnel for missions and investigations.

Travel within the NCR/CONUS is required and the role demands long days, weekends, and blended learning delivery methods using lectures, eLearning, case studies, and practical exercises.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Poly or ability to obtain poly.
• Five years of demonstrated experience conducting CI inquiries and/or full-scope investigations.
• Knowledge of CI missions and functions required.
• Expert knowledge in CI activities in support of investigations, collection, operations, services, and analysis gained through experience.
• Graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school, NSI/CJTA/ACIIC or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class DoD CI Agent Course (DCAC) instruction.
• Plan, develop, and execute training certification for entry level understanding of DoD CI missions and functions.
• Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises, including weekends and travel within NCR/CONUS.
• Employ blended learning techniques (eLearning, lectures, discussions, exercises, case studies, role plays).
