Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in counterintelligence or related national security missions.
• Experience conducting all-source research and integrating classified and unclassified sources.
• Proven ability to lead analytical teams and coordinate workloads.
• Strong written and verbal communication for government decision makers.
• Must have US citizenship and security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily TIB program operations, including workload management, priorities, deliverables, and performance.
• Coordinate with the Program Manager, Government leadership, and other stakeholders on intelligence priorities and staffing.
• Lead counterintelligence research and analysis focused on foreign intelligence entity threats to cleared industry, personnel, technologies, information, and facilities.
• Develop counterintelligence assessments, analytical reports, briefings, and other intelligence products for Government decision making.
• Identify and assess foreign collection efforts, suspicious activities, threat actors, and indicators presenting risks to U.S. technologies and national security interests.
• Conduct research using intelligence databases, Government systems, open-source information, and other authorized sources.
• Review program analytical products for accuracy, quality, completeness, sourcing, and compliance with Government analytics.
