Job summary

ISN is seeking a Lead CI Analyst to support the Threat Integration Branch (TIB) in Quantico, VA. The role encompasses daily leadership of CI operations, coordination with government leaders, and development of analytical products for national security decisions.

Ideal candidates bring extensive CI/Threat analysis experience, strong writing and leadership skills, and a track record of guiding analytical teams in federal programs. This role requires U.S. citizenship and a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of counterintelligence principles and practices.
• Experience turning data into actionable intelligence for leadership.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear judgments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily TIB program operations, including workload management and priorities.
• Coordinate with the Program Manager and government leadership on priorities and requirements.
• Lead CI research and analysis focused on threats to cleared industry, personnel, and technologies.
• Integrate information from classified and unclassified sources to identify threats and trends.
• Develop CI assessments, reports, briefings, and intelligence products for government decision making.
• Identify foreign collection efforts and indicators posing risks to national security.
• Conduct research using classified, open-source, and authorized sources.
• Review program analytic products for quality and sourcing.
