Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions in Quantico, VA seeks a Counterintelligence Analyst Team Lead to guide the Threat Integration Branch and ensure vetted intelligence informs risk decisions on foreign threats and supply chain vulnerabilities.

You will manage Threat Information Responses, coordinate with IC partners, and apply ICD analytic standards to deliver timely, defendable assessments for sensitive programs requiring TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in CI analysis, all-source intel, or supply chain risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, International Security, or related field.
• Ability to apply IC tradecraft standards to business data.

Responsibilities

• Lead Threat Integration Branch and manage Threat Information Responses (TIRs) and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with DCSA Threat Directorate and IC partners to validate threats.
• Identify campaigns by adversaries to acquire U.S. tech via front companies.
• Ensure all intelligence products adhere to ICD 203 and ICD 206.
