Cintel, Inc. is seeking an experienced Counterintelligence Officer to provide support to our government customer and their mission.

The role focuses on identifying threats, analyzing information, and producing actionable intelligence reports for decision-makers. Responsibilities include conducting analysis to assess counterintelligence threats against personnel, programs, information systems, and facilities; identifying intelligence gaps; briefing personnel; and supporting inquiries under the CI

Qualifications

• 8+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex DoD program/project.
• 5+ years of counterintelligence analysis experience.
• Must be formally CI trained and certified to USD/I approved standards.
• Clearance: Final Top Secret with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential threat information, recommend mitigation efforts, and incorporate findings into formal reports.
• Conduct analysis to assemble, correlate, evaluate and assess information on counterintelligence threats against personnel, programs, information systems and facilities.
• Analyze information to identify intelligence gaps and specify collection requirements to address gaps via appropriate collection means.
• Support counterintelligence inquiries under the CI team lead.
• When appropriate, prepare intelligence information reports.
• Conduct counterintelligence briefings to personnel as required.
