Job summary

Spektrum, based in the United States, seeks experienced professionals to support Allied Command Transformation (ACT) Capability Development & Management Support (CDMS) initiatives in Norfolk, VA. Qualifications

• 3 years' briefing experience to senior leaders within the last 10 years.
• 5 years operational knowledge of C-UXS/C-IED functions at Tactical, Operational, or Strategic levels within the last 12 years.
• 2+ years programme/project management experience in a complex multinational environment within the last 10 years.
• Experience in a multinational organization or NATO Command Structure (NCS/NFS) familiar with NATO agencies' role in system development.

Responsibilities

• Support development of Counter-Uncrewed Systems and C-UXS/C-IED related capability products following NATO governance and DOTMLPFI.
• Assist JE Capabilities Programme Director for CT/FP and CT/FP Project Coordinator in programme management with stakeholders at all levels.
• Support C-UXS/C-IED-related projects and contributions to capability development efforts.
• Coordinate requirement elicitation, capture, development, analysis, evaluation and traceability across all DOTMLPFI aspects.
• Develop and review doctrinal corpus, policies, directives, and concepts of operation for capability development.
• Organize workshops, seminars and meetings; collaborate with national/international military and civilian organizations.
