Job summary

Spektrum supports apex purchasers (NATO, UN, EU and National Government and Defence) and their Tier 1 supplier ecosystem with specialist services. The role places you in Norfolk, VA, USA to support the NC3 capability and allied operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in requirements engineering, experience with DOORS, and a strong background in capability development and security policy, requiring a valid NATO/ National clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in the last 10 in requirements engineering including requirements management and elicitation.
• Experience in capability development, ideally with NATO governance model or national equivalent.
• Experience in CIS/Infrastructure programmes in classified environments.
• Experience with IBM Rational DOORS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support the NC3 iCMO in reviewing and updating Requirements Management and Benefits Realization plans.
• Support security policy, documentation and classification guides for the NC3 capability.
• Engage stakeholders across ACO, Nations and NATO HQ to identify requirements and policy developments.
• Work with HQ SACT and other organizations to ensure NC3 programme aligns with NATO best practices.
• Manage Benefits Realization work strand and track capability acceptance criteria.
• Draft and coordinate capability programme plans sections.
• Manage outputs in the DOORs system and ensure traceability.
• Link work strands to other capability teams and iCMO activities.
